Animation flottement

Bonjour à tous. Je cherche à faire une petite animation, avec un plugin JS ou non.

Comme sur ce lien : http://www.microsoft.com/france/windows/internet-explorer/telecharger-ie9.aspx (Slide 4). On voit 4 gros virus flotter sur la page. Sauriez vous me guider ?
