Lien page vers formulaire.... résultat aléatoire

Bonjour,

Ca fait deux jours que je n'arrive pas à résoudre mon souci grrr....
J'ai créé toutes mes pages du site(html), ainsi que les formulaires (html) et les .php.
Et là bug, il y a des pages qui fonctionnent normalement, clic vers le formulaire la page s'ouvre et ensuite, une fois rempli, la redirection se fait sans souci...
et j'ai 5 pages récalcitrantes !!!
quand je passe sur le formulaire, la redirection du .php se fait sans souci, donc le problème est entre ma page initiale et mon formulaire, puisque la page formulaire ne s'ouvre pas comme pour les autres, mais je n'arrive pas à trouver la solution, étant donné que tout a été fait sur le même "modèle".
Merci d'avance pour votre aide.... car là je suis bloquée

à savoir que tout fonctionne pour certaines pages, qui sont faites sur le même modèle
et qu'il n'y a pas de souci allant du formulaire à la redirection par la page php
Déjà peux tu éditer ton code entre les balise code,
pourquoi tu ne mets pas ton <p> dans une class et mettre ton style dans un fichier externe car par convention on fait ça, et c'est plus lisible et enfin peux-tu me donner ton code .php

à savoir qu'il n'y a pas de souci entre le formulaire et la redirection avec le php, c'est seulement de la page au formulaire que ça bloque pour les 4 restantes

j'ai enlevé les accents
