Problème:insertion d'une image sous IE [resolu]

Salut a tous voila j'ai un souci pour une insertion d'image dans un menu.
Internet explorer me coupe une partie en haut de l'image et je sais pas pourquoi !!!!! Sous firefox nikel pas de souci. voila un screenshot des deux images.

FireFox:

Je tiens a préciser que l'image n'est pas recouverte par qq chose. Identique meme avec une position différente sous ie le haut est rogné !!!
